Have you ever watched a cooking show or home makeover on television, completely entertained and inspired? Step-by-step, you see the process and the outcome in the comfort of your living room. It all looks so simple as that omelet falls right out of that skillet or that cabinet drawer slides right into place. The materials and tools are all readily available and nothing befuddles the working chef or carpenter.
This coming FIRSTfriday at Art and Frame of Falls Church, leave your cooking and carpentry projects at home and try your hand at painting with watercolors instead. Pushing Paint instructor, Bill Abel, will take you gently by the brush-handle in a paint-along watercolor demonstration designed to inspire, engage and entertain. Participants will have the opportunity to paint a portrait of Albert Einstein or paint some fall colors into a Cherry Hill landscape using quality art materials provided by Art and Frame of Falls Church. |
