
Falls Church’s FIRSTfriday, held the first Friday of each month, creates business and social synergy in the city. The event attracts people to view local artwork, learn about the city’s history, and shop and dine in downtown Falls Church.

- In partnership with the Tinner Hill Foundation, Falls Church Arts is showcasing Doo-Wop: From the Street Corner to the Stage, an exhibit that documents the history of an important genre of African American music and its contribution to American popular culture. The exhibit features 50 photographs of Doo Wop music vocal groups and memorabilia from the music of the 1940's and 1950's. 6-8 p.m.
